Geis extensively renovated this 60’ x 357’ terminal with new dock doors, siding, backup power generation, and drivein access. After demolishing a portion of the building that was no longer serviceable, a 6,384 square foot office addition redeveloped over the existing footprint streamlines operations and provides efficient dispatch facilities. A brand new truck maintenance garage complete with an automated truck washing system further enhances the utility of this ten acre property.
