JKR was a multi-phase project. The first phase of the Sapphire Corporate Center was completed in December 2020. Due to continued demand, a 150,000 SF warehouse expansion was added by ownership, Harsax Management Company, for a total 300,000 SF facility. The project continued on to Phase 3, constructing a 42,675 SF tenant fitout for Executive Class.
