Legacy

Legacy is a 500,000 SF warehouse facility in Fort Myers, Florida. The complex is comprised of 2 identical buildings designed to accommodate five separate tenants. Each 250,000 sf building has capacity for two 37,000 sf facilities, two 50,000 sf facilities and one 75,000 sf facility. Interior offices, manufacturing, and warehousing to be designed per tenant specifications. MEP services run to the building are split in anticipation of future tenant needs.
