Project Overview
Medical Mutual Brooklyn Operations Center is a 350,000 SF renovation of a portion of the Former American Greetings headquarters in Brooklyn Ohio. Centralizing their operations, this facility provides 1,500 employees with ample training facilities, a full service kitchen, an outdoor patio, multiple break areas, a full service fitness center, and a health screening area with state of the art technology.
